The vehicle must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase, with no additional damage or alterations.
All original documents, keys, and accessories provided at the time of purchase must be returned.
The vehicle must not have exceeded 100 kilometers in mileage from the odometer reading at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The vehicle has been involved in an accident or sustained damage after purchase.
The vehicle has been modified or tampered with in any way.
The return request is made after 7 days of purchase.
The vehicle has exceeded the allowed mileage limit (100 kilometers).
